We are very happy to announce that Sporting Bears Motor Club will be joining us at The Fast Car Festival 2017 hosting its famous Dream Rides for show goers!
The Sporting Bears is a club full of supercar and sports car owners who come together all in the name of childrens’ charities, raising over £1,500,000 for different foundations and organisations over its 27-year history. Money is raised through the Dream Rides whereby passenger rides are sold to show goers with all funds being donated to the chosen charity at the event. For TFCF17, The Maria Hanson Foundation has been chosen as the charity.
The Maria Hanson Foundation arranges holidays at Mablethorpe seaside in two caravans, along with beach huts, for families that are suffering with the news that a loved one is living with a life-limiting condition. The foundation also opens its doors to injured servicemen and women who are suffering either emotionally or physically. It allows families to create lasting memories with their loved ones.
Speaking to one of Sporting Bear’s organisers, Alan Moss, he said: “Dream Rides wouldn’t be possible without the tireless work of the Sporting Bears Motor Club who will perform a huge amount of passenger rides at the event. They are a group of classic car enthusiasts that raise money for children’s charities across the nation, through their own touring and social events. Each member gives their time, car and fuel for free so every penny raised goes to the nominated charities. There is a Dream Ride for everyone!”
As you’ll agree, this is a fantastic cause and something we’re delighted to help with. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Sporting Bears to offer its Dream Rides at The Fast Car Festival. Not only will you have the opportunity to go for a passenger ride in some of the most exotic machinery on the planet, but you’ll also be helping out those who need it.
The appearance by any vehicle cannot be guaranteed due to serviceability, commitments or other reasons outside the control of the Event Organisers.
