Hot off the heels of our record breaking 2016 event The Fast Car Festival makes a full throttle return to the iconic Donington Park on 2nd July 2017!  

The Fast Car Festival takes place at Donington Park, which is conveniently situated right in the heart of the UK

This is the ultimate multi-marque car show capturing the essence of all that is great from the past, present and future of the motoring industry. Expect to see thousands of cars on display in the dedicated paddock zones from Supercars and Hypercars to perfectly restored barn finds, rallycross champions and quarter mile demons to vintage classics and everything in-between. Expect a jam-packed day with non-stop action at the famous Donington track as drivers follow in the footsteps of racing legends, as well as stunts and demos and not forgetting our large retail village! If you are a fan of everything four-wheeled and FAST this is the show for you!

Disabled Visitors

As part of our commitment to make the show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full-time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent Personal Independence Payment form (PIP) showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

Parking

Parking is free at the festival; the marshals will direct you on your arrival.

Please Note: The appearance by any vehicle cannot be guaranteed due to serviceability, commitments or other reasons outside the control of the Event Organisers.

What time does the show open?

Gates are open to the public from 09:00 and closes at 5:30.

Will there be a cash point on site?

Yes, the marshals will direct you to the cash point.

Are credit cards accepted on the gate?

Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate

Can I bring my pet?

No to comply with venue rules. No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site, apart from guide dogs. 

Is there a bar on site?

Yes alcohol is sold from the bar. No glass bottles are allowed on site

Are there food units on site?

There are many food units and a permanent on site cafeteria open throughout the day

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes you can bring food and drink in to the venue. Glass bottles are not permitted and will be confiscated at the main gate

Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?

Yes there will be a photographer and more information will be found in our show guide

Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?

Are motorcycles allowed to display at the show? 

No, motorcycles are not allowed to display at this event.

Can you guarantee the appearance of a vehicle 

The appearance by any vehicle cannot be guaranteed due to serviceability, commitments or other reasons outside the control of the Event Organisers.

How can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are purchased online. They are currently no available, please check back soon for more details. Tickets can also be purchased on the gate from 9:00am.

I have booked my tickets, can I add a child to my order? Yes. All tickets are available to purchase at the gate. If you are a full paying adult, please show your ticket to the marshals at the gate. Two children under 14 years old qualify as FREE. 

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions. If you have taken out refund protection please visit http://www.bookingprotect.com/refund where you will be taken through the refund process.

Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 09:00.

Do I need to bring ID with me to gain entry? 

Yes. You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as a driving licence) along with your ticket clearly printed or viewable on a mobile phone to gain entry. If you are unable to provide sufficient ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate. 

What do I do if I want to buy a ticket as a gift?  You will be asked during the transaction who you are buying the ticket for, you must type in the recipient's name here. They should bring the confirmation email, ticket and relevant ID to confirm they're the named recipient given during the order

My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?

Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment.  Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact a member of our team.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Entry is FREE for 2 children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional children are £5 each.  You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshals will direct you

Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?

Yes, you can display your car as part of a club, purchase an individual display ticket or enter the Show & Shine competition. If you are not part of a club or Show & Shine please purchase an Individual Display ticket.

Can I take passengers out on the track with me?

Yes, subject to certain restrictions. Passenger tickets can be purchased when you are booking track time at a cost of £10. Only one front seat passenger is permitted per car aged 18 and above and they must sign an indemnity form prior to the session

Is helmet hire available on the day or do I need to bring my own?

We advise you to bring your own British Standard-approved helmet where possible, although Donington has a limited number available for hire. In order to do this you will need to leave your credit card with us as a deposit. Helmets are mandatory for drivers and passengers and helmet straps must be securely done up

Do I need a driving licence to take my car on the track?

Yes, you will be required to show your full UK or other EU state driving licence. 

My licence is away at the DVLA/Police, can I bring a photocopy?

No, a full original driving licence needs to seen be when signing-on

Is it possible to purchase track time on the day?

Demand is high for track time and it usually sells out in advance, as such we strongly advise that if you want to get out on track you book as soon as possible

Can we camp the night before? 

There is camping on site at Donington on Saturday before the show. You can arrive on Saturday from 12.00 until 8.00pm. Camping tickets are per person and children DO need a camping ticket. Camping tickets are priced at £10 on the gate. 

Are there toilets on site for campers? 

Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs

Are there showers on site?

Yes, there will be shower and toilet facilities available on site along with water points

Are there electrical connections on site? 

Yes, there are electric hook ups available 

Can I bring my campervan? 

Yes campervans are allowed on site but please note there us limited amount of hard standing otherwise it is camping on grass 

Can I have a BBQ? 

Yes charcoal BBQs are allowed within the campsites. You can also bring a gas stove 

Can I have a fire? 

No, there are no open fires permitted on site

Are there medical services on site?

Yes there are 24 hour medical services on site if needed. 

Can i park my car next to my tent? 

Yes you can park next to your tent

Can I leave the site and then come back in?  Yes, but you will need a pass out ticket and will not be allowed out after 8.00pm 
Do children require a camping ticket?  Yes. Children aged 14 and under will also require a camping ticket. Child camping tickets are priced at £10 on the day.
